I build and lead technology delivery from the engineer's side of the table. Over sixteen years I've moved from hands-on backend work at General Motors, Capgemini, and Honeywell into technical product and engineering leadership at Greenlight, GlobalLogic, and Atlanta consulting firm 3Ci. Teams tend to pull me in when requirements are muddy, delivery is stuck, or someone needs to translate between executives and engineers without wasting either group's time.
Work With Pino is the public face of that craft for operators and small teams: fixed-scope dashboards when you have exports but not hours, and review-ops retainers when local shops want thoughtful replies without living in their inbox. I'm based in the Atlanta metro (west Cobb / Mableton area). Day job is engineering management; this practice runs beside it — scoped, honest, and built to respect your time as much as mine.
